Bishop Nason Distributing Food Parcels

I first met Bishop Nason during one of my many visits to Uganda, I was minding my own business enjoying my Ugandan Breakfast at the Namirembe Guest House Kampala when he asked if he could join me at the table. At that time he was Cannon Nason serving with the Barnabas Fund as the Ugandan Church Representative. We shared about our works serving the Lord and departed to our tasks. The next contact was when he sent me information about his Consecration as Bishop of South Rwenzori Diocese, Western Uganda in December 2020.

Bishop Nason approached me to intercede for his family 4 of whom had contracted the Covid virus, pleased to announce that all are recovered. I felt led to share with him a series of Discipleship Teachings we have produced. Our friendship has grown over the months as we have with interceded with prayer and encouragement for the work of our Ugandan Partners.

Bishop Nason has invited me to take a ministry team to South Rwenzori sometime in 2022. We are now looking into and seeking the Father’s Plan and purpose for this mission. Bishop Nason has a heart for the lost and has a vision to reach 100,000 people over 10 years. Pastor Musisi who has an Evangelism Ministry will be joining with me on this mission, I am sure we will be adding to his vision by building up and encouraging with discipleship teaching.
