Self-Centeredness: The Source of All Grief

Self centeredness the source of all grief. That is a strong statement, is it true, that all my grief, strife, conflict come from my self centeredness? What about the actions of other people, do they not contribute to the strife as well? In this teaching we examine the truth of this scripture, how it impacts on our lives and those around us and what we need to do to bring about peace instead of strife.
